How does RICE scoring work?
RICE = (Reach × Impact × Confidence) / Effort. Higher is better. The tool shows each component and the final score per feature.
What is MoSCoW?
It buckets features into Must, Should, Could and Won't have — great for scoping a release with stakeholders.
Are the scores accurate?
They're expert estimates from your inputs. Replace the estimates with your team's real numbers for a defensible ranking.
